Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Jenny Charles Ceramics. If you are not totally happy with your pottery please do get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your purchases. Returns are considered on an individual basis.

It is always your choice to ask for additional insurance, tracking numbers etc as these are not included in the postal costs quoted in my studio shop. Please feel free to ask if you would like additional insurance, delivery confirmation etc and I will get a quote for you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, if charged by us, are non-refundable.

Custom and Personalised Orders

A custom/personailsed order may take up to six weeks to reach you. Always factor that into your planning.
I cannot accept returns for these orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
